Application for transfer of Plot/Shed should be
accompanied with following Documents on
non-judicial stamp paper duly attested from the
Executive Magistrate Class-I along-with
applicable transfer fee:- |

Note: Formats A, B & C are applicable in case of
Original Allottee. Formats B,C,D,E & F are
applicable in case of Transfer of Plot/Shed
through GPA. |

Transfer of Plot/Shed - In Case of Death |
|
Following documents are required to be executed
by Legal Heir(s) (other than
Beneficiary/Transferee)/by the Beneficiary Legal
Heir(s) on non-judicial stamp paper duly
attested by Executive Magistrate Class-I:- |

Permission to Mortgage |
|
Permission to
mortgage as 1st charge and sending of original
lease deed to financial institution/bank. |

Request letter
from allottee for obtaining permission to
mortgage and sending of original lease deed to
concerned financial institution against 1st
charge. |

|
Request letter
from concerned bank/financial institution
addressed to Punjab Information & Communication
Technology Corporation Limited requiring
permission to mortgage as 1st Charge and sending
of original lease deed to their institution. The
bank should give following undertaking on their
letter Head:- |

|
(i) Lease
deed under no circumstances would be handed over
by bank/Financial Institution to the allottee.
(ii) Bank would directly return lease deed
to Punjab Information & Communication Technology
Corporation Limited on liquidation of credit
facilities or at any time temporarily as & when
demanded by Punjab Information & Communication
Technology Corporation Limited. |

If the allottee
has already obtained permission to mortgage as
2nd/3rd charge(s) in favour of any Financial
Institution/Bank, the former would also submit
NOC/vacation of charge from the later while
applying for permission to mortgage as 1st
charge. |
|
|
The Allottee shall
furnish an Affidavit in the prescribed format
duly attested by first class Magistrate. |
|
|
Documents/formalities to be completed for
obtaining permission to mortgage as 2nd or 3rd Charge. |
|
|
Request letter
from the allottee addressed to Punjab
Information & Communication Technology
Corporation Limited seeking permission to
mortgage the lease rights of the Plot/Shed as
2nd or 3rd Charge in favour of a particular
Financial Institution/Bank |
|
|
If the allottee
has already obtained permission to mortgage as
1st/2nd/3rd Charge(s) in favour of any Financial
Institution/Bank, the former would also furnish
NOC from the later while seeking permission to
mortgage as 2nd or 3rd charge. |
|
|
The Allottee shall
furnish an Affidavit
in the prescribed format duly attested by first
class Magistrate. |
