One of the most crucial infrastructures required for the development of an industry is to make available industrial plots/built-up office space for the prospective entrepreneurs. Infrastructure & Coordination Division is carrying out this work in the right spirit and has successfully enlarged the industrial estate from one in Phase VIII to four in Phase VIII, VIII A and IX and sector-67 in SAS Nagar, Mohali.

• Application can be made by prospective investor under two categories:-

  • General Scheme against Advertisement
    Application Form will be available as and when applications are invited for allotment of plots.

  • Under Off-the-Shelf Scheme
    Application Form for Allotment of Plot under Off-the Shelf Scheme

• Application forms duly filled in along-with proposed project/project report, justification for Land Requirement and earnest money is to be submitted to Udyog Sahayak, Department or Industries.

• On the recommendation of the Sub-Committee, Principal Secretary Industries & Commerce/Allotment Committee allots Plots to the applicant who is to make payment and implement the project in time bound manner as per Land Allotment Policy of the Government as applicable on the date of allotment.
